For many years I have worked in Palatine and have been active in its real estate market. My team and I have sold scores of homes in Palatine and have seen the town go through a lot of changes. The downtown area has seen the most dramatic changes. It has been built up around the northwest railroad line which provides residents easy access to Chicago. In the summer months you can enjoy events like the Palatine Farmers’ Market and Streetfest. Palatine’s population has grown to about 69,000 and the village covers almost 14 square miles. Palatine also has a great public golf course called Palatine Hills Golf Course.
